I work with individuals who are carrying silent heaviness — anxiety, people-pleasing, burnout, grief, or the lingering effects of trauma. Many of my clients are new to therapy or have had unhelpful experiences in the past. Together, we build something different: a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply attuned.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and intuitive. I weave together evidence-based strategies with holistic understanding, inviting you to reconnect with your sense of self, emotions and body.
I am available Sundays in person, or virtually Monday - Saturday.
